Founder of The Goal Slayers Tribe and ZoGlo Esthetics, Charlenia Snider is a passionate leader dedicated to empowering highly-driven women to launch, grow, and sustain profitable brands. As a strategist, she combines income strategy sessions with fierce accountability to help women create their own definition of success, build global brands, and position themselves as experts in their industries.

Through The Goal Slayers Tribe, a community of faith-driven women, Charlenia inspires members to embrace self-care, prayer, and excellence while striving for a lifestyle of gratitude. Her signature programs and events blend personal growth with actionable strategies for increased brand visibility and revenue.

As the founder of ZoGlo Esthetics, a luxury skin studio, Charlenia also creates curated self-care experiences, specializing in advanced esthetic services. Her commitment to excellence shines through her achievements as a licensed esthetician and Dermalogica-certified professional.

A licensed Pastor, Charlenia’s ultimate mission is to help women build profitable brands and meaningful ministries. Whether through skincare, brand coaching, or community connection, she inspires women to slay their goals with purpose, faith, and fierce determination.
